Hello Everyone!
Join us for the last ABQ beeks meeting this year on October 25th @ 6:30 pm. It's a FREE meeting of Albuquerque beekeepers, both new and experienced. We will cover winterizing your hives.
Seasoned Langstroth beekeeper, Phill Remick will join us. Phill has owned up to 1000 hives, used primarily for pollination in CA. He has also worked as a seasonal apiary inspector for the Fresno County Ag Dept. You can find out more about Phill at: http://www.newbeerescue.com/
Also joining us is the Master Beekeeper himself TJ Carr to talk about winterizing for Top Bar hives. You can find his well designed Top Bar plans here: http://abqbeeks.org/forum/topics/plans-diagrams-for-top-bar
Chantal Forster will also give us a sneak peak at the Master Beeks program.
