Albuquerque honey is officially gourmet! Local chef Jennifer James is featuring honey from Albuquerque beekeepers on her community table menu for National Pollinator Week. She's been amazingly supportive and was so enthused to collaborate with us!
It's a full meal with honey pairings for each course, designed to highlight the characteristics of each honey. She'll have a dark fall honey from TJ Carr, a golden buttery spring honey from Jerry Anderson's hive at the Westside Open Space Visitor's Center, and a light floral spring honey from my Nob Hill hives.
