Urban beekeeping in New Mexico's largest city.

Can anyone tell me what is going on here? This is comb that was cross combed and I reattached it as straight as I could but then these holes appeared about a week later. Do I have moths or its it benign?

Wax moths leave trails of webbing like Ms across the comb.  I don't think that's what it is.

Bees will often leave themselves little hallways to get through combs, although since this isn't drawn out very far it's surprising they think they need.  It could be just that - little bee passageways.
You do still have a lot of crosscombing going on, so maybe they are just refusing to make straight comb because it's more fun to confuse you this way. :)
