Honey Extracting for Langstroth Frames

I have attached a Honey Extracting Schedule for those who would like to extract their honey easily, using an electric extractor.  I offer this at my home, and the cost is detailed on the schedule.  I simply take the major work out of extracting and save your arms and shoulders much strain.  Relax and watch the honey flow and get about 10% more than the conventional hand-crank method.…See More

Profile Information

About me:
Just finished a training at Heifer International Farm (October 2010) )and learned about beekeeping, including harvesting honey from the hives. Am looking to possibly place a hive in my backyard, but I have questions as to location and amount of space. Got these issues resolved thanks to Chantel. Will place my order for bees in January 2011. In the meantime, I'm building my hive boxes to be ready for April bees pickup.

Hi Mike,

 

You asked me a question regarding my fruits and vegetables being organic.  We grow organically, but are not going through the certification process.  I use natural fertilizers and do not use chemicals.

 

I somehow missed and lost your comment since I am new at using this site.
