CABQ Public Apiary Proposal - Request for Input
I'm searching for input on how to propose the creation of a publicly accessible apiary to CABQ. Given the importance that bees play in the success of agricultural economies and the environment as a whole, I feel that getting support from the city for one or more strategically located public apiaries should be a reasonable goal. "I've found that hives grow aggressive for a variety of reasons, but they don't have a queen, and are in a populated area where there is human/animal traffic, they can be quite a nuisance. I've moved mine down to farms in the valley.…"

Over the past week my only hive has turned very aggressive. For the past several days I have not been able to approach it within 15 feet without being attacked. Unfortunately that distance places my neighbors in their attack zone as well, and out of consideration for their safety I don't have the time to troubleshoot the root cause.
