Hey-
So, the hive is completely unreachable without cutting into the wall... Hopefully, the owner will just let them be until next spring, when they could potentially be bee escape/lured out- but there is nothing we can do unless he changes his mind.
I hope your Rio Rancho extract went better!

Hi Steve--
The man on Columbia will not let us cut into anything on the property, but he is going to let us try and take the end cap off the porch and see if we can get at the hive through there. He's planning to spray any of them that we can't capture- so we're going to try our hardest to save as many as possible. We're going to give it a shot tomorrow morning if you want to come by--
