Beekeepers Wanted for Pollinator Event June 26

The City of Albuquerque Open Space Visitor Center is hosting the 2nd annual Pollinator Event on Sunday, June 26 from 11am - 4pm.  Last year was a huge success and illustrated the community's interest in honey, bees, beekeeping, and other pollinators.  This year we will have presentations, a chef's demo (we have a local celebrity chef considering it), honey tasting, and beekeepers showing their tools of the trade and answering questions.  Beekeepers are invited to have a… Continue

Hives and Equipment for sale

I am selling my 2 hives and all my equipment due to a neighbors  complaints. I have a dozen 10 frame Langstroth deep supers. Extraction equipment, vales, smoker, hive top feeder, everything needed to go from zero to beekeeper in one fell swoop.

I just requeened the 2 hives with Honey Bee Genetics queens. One is nice and strong and the other is building up.
