Thanks, Raymond. I had a short stint with bees before they got aggressive and will be posting some beekeeping goodies for sale tomorrow.

I took down a tree last year with Lu Lu and Amy Owen and removed some bees.  Totally successful as far as the removal.  Hated ruining their home.  I'll only ever do that again if I know they're going to kill them anyway.

Thank you so much for the welcome, Raymond.  I joined this site in order to find where I can buy honey locally.  I've tried googling, that's how I found this site.

Bees are very interesting and I plant for them and any other wildlife like hummingbirds.

Looking forward to finding information and maybe getting to know some nice folks.

Hi Ray, thank you for the welcome.  I just acquired 2 hives from Mace K. who is moving to CO. I am new to beekeeping and excited by the opportunity.  These are health hives, boxes are top bar, built by Jason Fink, who also helped me place them on our North Valley property.  Unfortunately, I will miss the august meeting but look forward to attending future beek meetings.

Ray, Thanks for the welcome. I currently do not have a hive, but have thought about getting one. I have been interested in the plight of our pollinators and how to best support them in their very important role in the ecosystem. My most current interest is in moving the hive in my wall though! (So I guess now I can say that I have had a hive, even though they choose me!) Thanks for supporting such a great source of bee information.

Hello, and thanks for the invitation.  I'd like to learn from the experiences of Warre beeks in the ABQ area.  How do I contact them?

Hello Raymond, Thanks for the welcome! We came to the meeting last Tuesday and are exited to start beekeeping again. We moved from Texas last year.......

would you happen to know a beekeeper in Corrales who can help me put my new bees in the hive the middle of April?
